At Kalpa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location near you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
